Region / Region set · Compare stored GWAS associations with Evo2 scores in the same window. Each study retains its own records and descriptive overlap counts.
Tracks share the genomic x-axis (drag to zoom all tracks together). A scored allele is one exact GRCh38 REF/ALT row with a finite score in the selected Evo2 configuration. With a study selected, the score and annotation tracks show the rsID-matched subset; a GWAS point is a distinct stored rsID/P-value record, not an allele-specific match. The GWAS track stores associations with P ≤ 1×10⁻⁴; the dashed line marks P = 5×10⁻⁸. When available, SCREEN Registry V4 cCREs are drawn below the variant annotation track as individual interval bars; overlapping intervals use separate lanes. A missing P-value may reflect the storage threshold, missing coverage or an unresolved match. It is not evidence of no association. Counts and correlations describe the available records; the plot is not a complete Manhattan plot, a formal statistical colocalization test or a new PP4 estimate.
